Mississippi Ag & Outdoor EXPO 2021
Early this year we were going through some serious social withdrawals. We found ourselves longing for the days of big outdoor shows filled with colorful characters from across the country, all coming together to celebrate all things outdoors. As fate would have it, we ended up receiving a call from our friends over at Great Southern Expos inviting us to the largest outdoor show ever held in the state. Their mission was to highlight how their Agriculture & Outdoor industries work together to sustain the thriving place they call home. Needless to say, we started drawing up our booth plans right away!
Upon our arrival we were happily surprised by the loads of entertainment that was lined up, from the Axe Women of Maine, to the exciting High flying Retrievers and lastly the live concert to close out Saturday night! These guys know how to put on a show and definitely know how to treat their vendors! They held an incredible Welcome dinner with an incredible Pastalaya from Krazy Kajun Catering and made us feel at home immediately!
With almost 300 booths of outstanding products being showcased, the people (attendees and exhibitors alike) were the real show stoppers. We were met only by the most welcoming and hospitable encounters each day of the show and it was great to see all of the exciting things happening out there in our great outdoors! We always make it a team effort, so our little Captains in training did a great job following right in the family footsteps as they manned the booth, in all smiles while pitching Bourgeois Fishing Charters to all who visited our booth. Also, to their surprise, they were overwhelmed by all the activities available for kids to participate in, which they thoroughly enjoyed.
With that being said, we applaud all of the great crew at Great Southern Expos for making this exposition the great success that it was and we were honored to take part in its first debut to exhibit our Lil’ corner of Cajun paradise. We love supporting our southern brothers and sisters and this event, HANDS DOWN, exceeded our expectations so much that we’ve already secured our spot for next year!
So if you happen to be in Jackson, Mississippi next August, we’ll see ya’ there!
